Once again, going online, an advertisement surfaced for the sale of a Mercedes C-class 200 kompressor of 2002, gasoline, automatic transmission, 165 horsepower, Avantgarde performance with a good complete set, official, and most importantly, 91 thousand km mileage, a set of almost new Goodyear rubber. Earlier I didn’t pay attention to the shop, but then I caught fire.
Having phoned the seller, I found out that the second owner, works at a Mercedes center, was bought 2 years ago from a client who handed over a Mercier for trade in, buying a new car. The backlight of the dashboard is yellow, very well, it does not bother at all, the odometer numbers are large and easy to read. And the tachometer, on the contrary, is smaller. There is no engine temperature on the dashboard, as I later found out, you can see it in the computer. In general, the computer knows a lot) on the screen you can display the speed of movement, the temperature overboard, the temperature of the coolant, the consumption of gasoline from the start of the engine, the consumption for the entire period of operation of the car now shows 10.7, The radio station, the oil level (there is no engine dipstick and gearbox), reminders of the service and much more, all the errors, the overheating sensor, and it has ample customization options, I have not dived deep there yet. At first, I learned how to check the oil level, after stopping the engine, start the test, after a few seconds a message appears, the level is OK, or add 0.5-1 liter of oil if necessary.
